Return & Refund Policy – Clapping Pages

At Clapping Pages, we want every reader to feel satisfied with their purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your order to request a return.


Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with all tags intact and in its original packaging.

  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return request is approved, we’ll share the return shipping instructions and return label (where applicable).

⚠️ Items sent back to us without prior return authorization will not be accepted.


Return Conditions

  • Upon successful inspection, Credit Notes will be issued. These can be used on clappingpages.com for future book purchases.

  • Rare, collector’s edition, or one-of-a-kind books are non-returnable.

  • Orders that are already processed or dispatched cannot be cancelled or modified.

  • No returns are allowed once the customer has confirmed or approved the order.

  • If a shipment is returned as undelivered due to reasons such as “Customer Unavailable” or “Address Incorrect,” the buyer will bear both-way shipping costs.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Pickup or courier charges for returns will be deducted from the issued credit note.

  • Books priced below AED 10 are not eligible for return.

  • Sale items, discounted bundles, and purchases made with coupon codes or gift cards are non-returnable.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at support@clappingpages.com if:

  • The book arrives damaged or defective.

  • You receive a different title than what you ordered.

We’ll assess the issue and do our best to resolve it promptly.


Exchanges

To exchange an item, please first return the one you have. Once the return is approved, you can place a new order for your preferred book.


Refunds

Refunds are only issued in cases of:

  • Incorrect item delivered.

  • Damaged product received.

Once your returned item is inspected and approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that it may take a few business days for your bank or card provider to reflect the refund.
