Shipping policy

Shipping Details

  • Free shipping on orders above AED 150.

  • For orders below AED 150, a delivery charge of AED 15 applies.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) service is available with an additional AED 5 charge.

Order Processing

  • Prepaid orders are processed with priority.

  • COD orders may take 2–3 working days longer to dispatch.

  • Such orders will be dispatched in sequence, only after the previous shipment is marked “Delivered.”

  • This policy helps minimize cancellations and logistics issues.

Order Confirmation & Tracking

  • Once your order is confirmed and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with tracking details.

  • Delivery within the UAE typically takes 2–5 working days post-dispatch.

  • Remote or out-of-city areas may experience slightly longer delivery timelines depending on courier service coverage.

Cancellations & Edits

  • Orders cannot be canceled or edited once shipped.

  • For prepaid orders canceled before shipment, a store credit will be issued. Refunds are not applicable in such cases.

COD Order Verification

  • All COD orders are verified via message or call before shipment.

  • If a customer does not confirm the COD verification within 7 days, the order will be automatically canceled.

Return Policy for COD Orders

  • If a COD order is returned undelivered or canceled after dispatch, the customer’s next order must be prepaid.

  • Alternatively, the customer can choose COD by prepaying the two-way logistics fee in advance.

Disputes & Non-Delivery

  • For non-delivery or disputes, please notify us within 15 days from the order processing date.

  • If no complaint is received within this period, the order will be considered successfully delivered.
