About the Author – 

Raghu Ananthanarayanan is a renowned behavioural scientist, yoga teacher (trained in the lineage of Tirumalai Krishnamacharya), and leadership mentor based in the Nilgiris. He holds a postgraduate degree in Biomedical Engineering from IIT Madras and is a founder of institutions like Sumedhas Academy for Human Context and The Barefoot Academy for Governance. He serves as Chief Mentor at Ritambhara Ashram and has developed unique frameworks such as the “Totally Aligned Organization” and the “Tensegrity Mandala” that fuse yoga wisdom with organisational design and individual transformation.

Raghu has authored several books—including Leadership Dharma: Arjuna the Timeless Metaphor and The Totally Aligned Organization—that explore Indic psychology, inner alignment, and behavioural transformation in both personal and professional realms .
