  • Writing over 20 screenplays—including the blockbuster Baazigar, for which he received a Filmfare Award,

  • Acting in nearly 60+ films across genres, with a Nandi Award for his role in the Telugu film Dr. Ambedkar,

  • Directing the internationally acclaimed feature film The River of Love,

  • Co‑founding or being an integral member of leading theatre companies, with productions like Vijay Tendulkar’s A Friend’s Story performed at Shakespeare’s Globe in London.

He has also served in senior corporate roles (CEO, Chief Creative Officer, HR Advisor), and taught courses at top business schools on creativity, innovation, organizational behavior, and communication—making him both a practitioner and mentor across multiple domains
