About the Author

Kingshuk Nag is a veteran Indian journalist and author with more than two decades at The Times of India, where he held senior editorial positions in major cities including Delhi, Bangalore, Ahmedabad, and Hyderabad . He holds an MA in Economics from the Delhi School of Economics and has authored numerous non-fiction works—such as biographies of Narendra Modi, Atal Bihari Vajpayee, and investigations into scams such as Vijay Mallya and Satyam—as well as accounts on geopolitics and economic policy . Nag is a recipient of the prestigious Prem Bhatia Memorial Award for Political Reporting for his coverage of the 2002 Gujarat riots
