About The Author:

Harry Horse (born Richard Horne, 1960–2007) was a British author, illustrator, political cartoonist, and musician. Originating from Coventry and later living in Scotland, he became known for his witty children’s books—including The Last Polar Bears and The Last Castaways—many of which were adaptations of stories written in letters or journals. He also illustrated the Little Rabbit picture books and worked as a political cartoonist for UK papers like The Scotsman and The Observer
